- I don’t brag my achievements nor glorify myself because all achievements are through the grace of God.

- When I share my uncertainty with you is because I want you to navigate the unknowns with me.

What qualities do you particularly value in your colleagues?
- Authentic, kind, and constructive. Render recognitions where credits due.
What do you wish colleagues didn’t do?
- Smoke & mirror. Fake it till they make it. Amplify their own achievements and take credits for everything.
How can people earn an extra gold star with you?
- Take accountability for the things said and promised. Share visibility so I can align our goals together and collaborate.

How do you coach people to do their best work and develop their talents?
- Continuous feedback on what’s working and what’s not. Explicitly call out behaviours to start, stop and continue doing.
What’s the best way to communicate with you?
- Personal preference would be meeting in-real-life for important communications or building connections.
- The order of preference: (1) meeting in-person, (2) video conferencing/phone calls, (3) Slack/Teams/LinkedIn chats, (4) email, (5) SMS.
What’s the best way to convince you to do something?
- Speak my language. Help me understand yours. What’s in it for me. What’s in it for you. What’s in it for greater whole.
